Steamboat Springs Ski Vacation Rental Pricing
We discount our prices substantially off what the management company
and Central Reservations charge. We can offer these discounts because we market our
vacation rental in Steamboat Springs ourselves and do not need to pay
the management company a large commission. In addition to our extremely reasonable
prices, we offer limited special early booking discounts, and extended-stay
discounts.
Like many other vacation rental services, we require half of the
payment at the time of reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
We must receive initial payment within four (4) mail-delivery days to hold your reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable, but you (or we) may resell your nights if you cannot use them.
For your convenience and security, you may opt to pay by credit card
using PayPal or by check. Prices quoted below are discounted cash prices.
PLEASE NOTE: Additional guests that exceed the 12-person limit, without written permission,
will incur an additional nightly per-guest charge, for the entire stay. Please inform us
if you are having additional guests stay so we can let you know if we can accommodate you.
No Pets and No Smoking, please!
We also require a $500 damage deposit, by check. If there is no
damage, no additional guest(s) and no excessive cleaning required to the
Steamboat Springs condo, we will refund your damage deposit within 60 business days.
