Our townhome is in the Cascades at Eagle Ridge
complex on Cascades Drive. This is one of the nicest upscale
complexes in Steamboat. There are 28 townhouses in the complex (seven buildings with four townhouses
in each building), half of which are owner-occupied year-round.
We are located an eight- to twelve-minute walk from the base of the gondola, depending on how fast you
walk. There is a concrete path (plowed in the winter) that runs along a creek from the Cascades complex up
to the base of the mountain.
However, we have a private shuttle that runs all winter for your
convenience. It runs every five minutes or so
during the morning and afternoon, and it is available on call at other times. It takes about three to four
minutes to drive to the base of the gondola.
If you are looking at a map of Steamboat Springs, our townhome
is located north of US 40 (Lincoln Ave.) and southeast of the base of the gondola.
