Our townhome is in the Cascades at Eagle Ridge complex on Cascades Drive. This is one of the nicest upscale complexes in Steamboat. There are 24 townhouses in the complex (six buildings with four townhouses in each building), many of which are owner occupied year-round.

We are located an eight- to twelve-minute walk from the base of the gondola, depending on how fast you walk. There is a concrete path (plowed in the winter) that runs along a creek from the Cascades complex up to the base of the mountain. However, we have a private shuttle that runs all winter for your convenience. It runs every five minutes or so during the morning and afternoon, and it is available on call at other times. It takes about three to four minutes to drive to the base of the gondola.
