Our beautiful Steamboat Springs townhome has a great layout, particularly if you have children*.
It is an end unit in a building with four units. It is a townhouse, so there is no one above or below you.
Our Steamboat Springs townhome has three levels:
- Main level:
- Great room (living room, dining room, open to kitchen) with cathedral ceiling
- Fully equipped kitchen with eating bar that seats three
- Master suite (walk-in closet, his & hers sinks, full bath) with queen bed
- Extra half bathroom
- Mud room with access to attached two-car garage
- Deck with hot tub and gas grill (accessible from the great room or the master suite)
- Upstairs:
- Two bedrooms: one with queen, one with a king (that can be split into 2 twins)
- Full bathroom
- Downstairs:
- Large family room with TV/VCR/DVD, high-speed internet access
- Two bedrooms: one with two twin beds, one with four bunkbeds (2 sets of 2 bunks each)
- Full bathroom
- Laundry room
*The floors are well insulated, so sound does not travel very well. If you have children, they can
be downstairs, while you remain peacefully in the great room.
